Your journey starts with a conversation

No two travellers are the same. And no two journeys should be either.

Planning a trip to Chile can feel overwhelming. The distances are enormous, the landscapes incredibly diverse, and there are countless ways to explore the country.

That's where I come in.

From our first conversation to your return home, I'll help you make thoughtful choices, navigate the logistics, and create a journey that feels genuinely yours.

Here's how we'll work together.

Let's get to know each other

It all starts with a conversation, not an itinerary.

We'll arrange a video call to talk about your travel plans, what brought you to Chile, and what you're hoping to experience.

I'll ask about the places you're dreaming of, but also about your travel habits, interests, preferred pace, accommodation expectations, and anything else that could shape your experience.

Perhaps you love hiking but prefer comfortable evenings. Maybe you're fascinated by landscapes but would rather avoid crowded excursions. Or perhaps you're not quite sure where to begin.

You don't need to have everything figured out.

My role is to listen, ask the right questions, and help you turn your ideas into something meaningful and realistic.

Our first conversation and your initial travel proposal are completely free, with no obligation to book. It's an opportunity for us to get to know each other and see what we could create together.

Designing your journey

From your ideas to a thoughtful itinerary.

After our conversation, I'll start designing a journey around your interests, priorities, travel dates and budget.

I'll consider the destinations, but also the connections between them, the time spent travelling, the experiences available, and the places where it makes sense to slow down.

I'll draw on my knowledge of Chile and my network of local partners to suggest accommodations, activities, guides and routes that fit your way of travelling.

And I'll share my perspective along the way.

Sometimes that means recommending an unexpected destination. Sometimes it means suggesting fewer stops, a different route, or an alternative to a popular excursion.

I won't simply say yes to every idea if I believe there's a better option.

You'll receive a personalised proposal that we can discuss and refine together.

Refining the details

A journey designed with you, not just for you.

Your first proposal is the beginning of a conversation, not a finished product.

We'll review it together, discuss what feels right, and adjust anything that doesn't.

Perhaps you'd like more time in Patagonia, a different style of accommodation, or a quieter alternative to a well-known destination.

I'll help you understand the possibilities and trade-offs so you can make informed choices.

There's no fixed number of revisions. I believe that taking the time to understand you properly is the best way to create a journey that truly fits.

We'll discuss your feedback, explore alternatives when needed, and keep refining the itinerary until we're both happy with the result.

Making it official

Once you're happy, I'll take care of the bookings.

When you've approved your itinerary, a 30% deposit confirms your trip and allows me to begin securing the selected services.

I'll coordinate the reservations with my local partners, including accommodations, transfers, activities, guides, rental cars and domestic flights, depending on your itinerary.

The remaining balance is due 90 days before your journey begins.

Throughout the booking process, I'll keep you informed of any important updates or adjustments.

You can focus on looking forward to your trip. I'll take care of the logistics.

Getting ready for Chile

Everything you need before you leave.

As your departure approaches, I'll provide your travel documents and the practical information you'll need along the way.

Around two weeks before your arrival, we'll arrange another call to go through your itinerary together.

We can discuss anything from driving in Chile and what to pack to local customs, altitude considerations or the little details that make travelling easier.

It's also a chance to answer any remaining questions and make sure you feel comfortable with the journey ahead.

Enjoying your journey

Travel independently, knowing someone is here for you.

Once you're in Chile, the journey is yours to enjoy.

You'll have the freedom to explore at your own pace, with the reassurance that I'm available if you need help.

Whether there's an unexpected change, a logistical question, or something that doesn't go quite as planned, you'll know who to contact.

I'm available 24/7 for emergencies during your trip. For general questions and non-urgent requests, you can reach me during office hours, from 9 AM to 6 PM (Chile time).

And when our paths cross, I'd love to meet you in person, share a few local recommendations, or simply hear how your journey is going.

Staying in touch

The journey may end, but the conversation doesn't have to.

Once you're home, I'd love to hear about your experience.

What surprised you? Which places stayed with you? What would you do differently?

Your feedback matters to me, both personally and professionally. It helps me keep learning, improving, and discovering new ways to share Chile with future travellers.

And perhaps one day, you'll feel like coming back to explore another corner of this extraordinary country.

A few things worth knowing

Do you organise international flights?

I don't book international flights, but I'm happy to advise you on the best arrival and departure options for your itinerary.

Can I travel independently?

Absolutely. Many of the journeys I design combine independent travel, such as self-drive routes, with locally guided experiences where they add real value.

Can you adapt to my budget?

Of course. We'll discuss your budget from the beginning and explore what's realistic. I'll always be transparent about the choices that influence the overall cost.

Will I have to organise anything myself?

I'll coordinate the services included in your confirmed itinerary. Some expenses, such as meals, park entrance fees or optional activities, may be paid locally. I'll make these distinctions clear in your proposal.

Ready to start imagining your journey?

You don't need a perfect itinerary or a detailed plan before getting in touch.

Just tell me a little about yourself, what draws you to Chile, and what you're dreaming of.

We'll take it from there.
